📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and success.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Represent the company in various professional and community events.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
