Customer Journey Analyst

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze customer data from various sources including CRM systems, social media, and website analytics.
• Create and maintain comprehensive customer journey maps to visualize the customer's experience.
• Identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL to analyze and visualize data.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer journey analysis.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus.
