📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Conduct vendor evaluations and negotiations to secure the best possible deals.,Ensure compliance with procurement laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of procurement needs.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and expenses.,Provide support in the development and maintenance of procurement systems and databases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
