📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and payment requests
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks and SAP
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Provide administrative support to the finance department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or financial administration (fresh graduates welcome)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
