📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of lab technicians to ensure high-quality lab operations.
  • Overseeing daily laboratory activities and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab processes.
  • Conducting quality control checks and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Training and developing lab technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize lab efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of lab staff by enforcing safety protocols.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of lab supplies and equipment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in laboratory management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
