In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships through regular communication and support.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business development.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
