As an SMB Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting small and medium-sized businesses into Stripe customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential SMB customers in the DACH region,Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers,Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements,Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Stripe's products and services,Set and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry,Strong understanding of the SMB market and the challenges they face,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Fluency in English and German, with working knowledge of French,Experience with CRM systems and sales tools,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
