📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in conducting employee performance reviews and providing feedback.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the organization and execution of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
