📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process ticket and concession sales efficiently using our POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for every guest.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Handle refunds and exchanges with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cinema environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
• Stay updated with cinema policies and procedures to deliver consistent service.
• Promote upcoming movies and special events to enhance guest engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in customer service a plus.
