Cognos TM1 Analyst - Business Intelligence & Financial Planning

Based in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting Indofood's strategic initiatives.

As a Cognos TM1 Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining TM1 cubes, designing and developing financial models, and creating reports and dashboards using Cognos Analytics. Your analytical skills will help Indofood optimize its financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improving overall business performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain multidimensional databases using IBM Cognos TM1.
• Create and optimize financial models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Cognos Analytics.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting Indofood's strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
• Implement and maintain data security and access controls.
• Provide training and support to users on the use of Cognos TM1 and Cognos Analytics.
• Continuously improve financial processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on IBM Cognos TM1.
• Proficiency in IBM Cognos TM1, Cognos Analytics, and other related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in IBM Cognos TM1 is a plus.
