📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production schedules that maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data using SAP and Microsoft Excel to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Proven expertise in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of mining and metallurgical processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
