As a CRM Associate at One Spica Tauri Corporation, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to manage and analyze customer data using Salesforce, ensuring that our customer interactions are seamless and effective. 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
