📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Banquet Manager in planning and organizing banquet events.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure that all event logistics are in place.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities and equipment.,Ensure that all banquet staff are properly trained and briefed before events.,Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise during events.,Maintain accurate records of event details and guest feedback.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all events meet the company's standards and expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or event management industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with banquet equipment and facilities.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
