City Up Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Telemarketing professional to join our team in Kendari. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns, ensuring high customer satisfaction and sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for building customer relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and customer service.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
