📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax returns,Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations,Lead the accounting team and provide guidance and support,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial analysis tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
