📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the beauty and FMCG sectors.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to offer negotiation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and background checks to verify the qualifications and suitability of candidates.
• Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a successful integration into the company.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to enhance the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the beauty and FMCG industries.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, software, and platforms, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Glassdoor.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
