Agung Oka Shop is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing the customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Promote products and services to increase sales and market share.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.,Train and mentor new staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
