📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new technology and software applications.,Provide training and support to end-users on the use of technology and software applications.,Document and maintain IT-related records and reports.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network security and data backup systems.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
