Quick Bit Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth operations at our cashier counter. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist customers with their purchases and answer inquiries.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.,Handle cash and electronic payments securely.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Train and supervise junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or cashier role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
