📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Translate documents and materials between Indonesian and Mandarin.
  • Facilitate communication between Indonesian and international teams.
  • Support the Factory Manager in coordinating with suppliers and partners.
  • Assist in organizing and attending meetings, both in person and virtually.
  • Provide administrative support to the Factory Manager.
  • Maintain and update communication records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
