📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the heavy equipment and construction division, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the division.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial guidance and support to the division's management team.,Perform budgeting and forecasting activities to support the division's strategic planning.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes for the division's projects.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience in the heavy equipment and construction industries is a plus.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required.
