📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.,Provide financial support to the management team in making informed business decisions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial documents to relevant authorities.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating employee compensation, deductions, and tax withholdings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations in Indonesia.
