Stafflink Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans for semiconductor devices, including digital, PMIC, RF, and mixed-signal products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop comprehensive test plans for semiconductor devices, including digital, PMIC, RF, and mixed-signal products.,Conduct ATE testing for digital, PMIC, RF, and mixed-signal devices to ensure product quality and reliability.,Analyze and interpret test results to identify and resolve issues or defects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement in the testing process.,Develop and maintain test equipment and software, including ATE systems, test fixtures, and test software.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers and other team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in semiconductor testing.,Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in semiconductor testing, with a focus on ATE testing for digital, PMIC, RF, and mixed-signal devices.,Strong knowledge of ATE systems, test fixtures, and test software, including Keysight, Advantest, or similar tools.,Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in semiconductor testing, such as C, C++, or Python.,Experience with test equipment and instruments, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power supplies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify root causes of issues.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and SEMATECH.
