📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay customer orders accurately and efficiently to the kitchen staff.,Ensure that food and drinks are served promptly and in good condition.,Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handling certificate.,Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
