Bold Leaf Pratama is seeking a dedicated Store Operator to join our team in Kendari. This is an immediate opening for a full-time position. As a Store Operator, you will be responsible for managing the store's daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and addressing any concerns.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using the store's point-of-sale system.,Clean and organize the store, including shelves, floors, and restrooms, to maintain a pleasant shopping environment.,Promote products and services to customers, upselling and cross-selling as appropriate.,Monitor store security, ensuring the safety of customers and employees.,Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and communication.,Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Store Operator, Retail Associate, or similar role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and team members.,Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
