📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with company goals.,Assist in the planning and execution of sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales challenges and opportunities.,Provide administrative support to the Sales Enablement team, including data analysis and reporting.,Assist in the development and maintenance of sales tools, templates, and processes.,Participate in sales meetings and events to provide support and gather insights.,Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.,Support the Sales Enablement team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in a strategy or operations capacity.,Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies is a plus.
