• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager or similar role.
• Certification as a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNC) or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including Joint Commission International (JCI) or ISO standards.
