📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks to meet client deadlines.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational processes.
• Utilize SAP and specialized logistics software to manage inventory, track shipments, and optimize routes.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and specialized logistics software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
